Phylax iG, including but not limited to its software, source code, object code, architecture, algorithms, database schemas, event contracts and signing scheme, application programming interfaces, user interfaces, designs, graphics, text, documentation and the look and feel of the platform (collectively, the “Materials”), is the exclusive property of Vivalmi SP and its licensors. The Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, database and other intellectual-property laws of Slovenia, the European Union and other jurisdictions.

“Vivalmi”, “Phylax”, “Phylax iG”, associated logos, crests and product names are trademarks and/or trade dress of Vivalmi SP, whether or not registered. You may not use, register or display these marks, or any confusingly similar marks, without our prior written consent. Nothing on this site grants any licence or right to use any Vivalmi or Phylax trademark.

The non-public elements of the Materials — including source code, system design, internal documentation, security mechanisms and the methods by which Phylax iG generates, signs and delivers events — constitute confidential information and trade secrets of Vivalmi SP. Any access provided to you is on a confidential basis and may not be disclosed to third parties or used for any purpose other than the permitted use of the Service.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Vivalmi SP. No licence, assignment or other right in the Materials is granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise. Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Service may be used by Vivalmi without restriction or obligation to you.

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or sublicense the Materials;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law;
• remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice, label or mark on the Materials;
• use the Materials to build a competing or substantially similar product or service.

Unauthorised use of the Materials may infringe Vivalmi’s intellectual-property rights and may give rise to civil liability and, in certain cases, criminal sanctions. Vivalmi SP will protect and enforce its rights to the fullest extent permitted by law, including by seeking injunctive relief and damages.
